4 string electric guitar?

Question: a relative of mine recently sent me a 4 sting electric guitar and amp. i am a complete noob at guitars, so i wanna try to learn more about my guitar so i can start playing a little. my main question is- is a 4 string electric guitar considered a bass? Any other info on this kind

Sounds like a cheap electric bass guitar.

Answer: well the question is what do u want more if u dont already have a guitar get the guitar if u do have an electric get the amp its an amazing amp i have 2 of them and i love them they have a built in pod so you have great effects and there presets are really helpful if you dont
