Edger/Weed-Wacker.Lawn Trimmer Question. Can someone recommend one that is efficient but not too heavy.?

Question: I have inherited a Lawn Works edger but to get it going I need to hold a side button at the same time as pulling the trigger and I can't seem to get my hand around it. I tried to lock the little button but doesn't lock. I guess its a safety feature. Can someone recommend one

Answer: try buying a worx. they do all three jobs, press the side button and than press the trigger. once the trimmer starts, release the side button and just hold the trigger down
