Toro 51467 Cordless Electric Trimmer wont stay running.?

Question: Toro 51467 8-Inch 12-Volt Cordless Electric Trimmer - I bought it off Amazon it was brand new but after i charged it for 24 hrs i went to use it and it runs for a couple of secs and stops. WHY? i already threw away the box and stuff so I cant return it. Sugesstions would help

Answer: Sounds like a bad battery. Return it anyway or have them replace the battery. Should be under warranty

is there a trick to getting the spool off my ele grass trimmer?

Question: I have a 15" toro electric grass trimmer and i can't get the thing where the line comes out off. I ran out of line yesterday and have tried everything, is there a trick to this?

Answer: I'm not familiar w/ ur particular model of weed whacker, however most of them have left hand threaded spool nuts, i.e. you turn the spool nut clockwise to loosen it.
